Experienced Solutions started as an idea that was thought up when two employees of a leading technical support manufacturer were providing technical support to customers at inflated costs. Charging hundreds-- sometimes thousands of dollars for what is (in most cases) an hour or two of work seemed outrageous. Working through a few ideas, we realized that creating a company with little overhead would result in extremely reasonable prices for technical support, without forsaking reliability. As people realized that they can receive the same level of support for half the price they've been paying for years, we immediately saw a surge in our customer volume.
Ironically, as they soon found out, there is money to be made-- by charging less.
Fast forward two years and the legacy of Experienced Solution's cheap, reliable technical support has caught hold. We're showing our customers, one at a time, that there is no reason to pay hundreds-- sometimes thousands of dollars for I.T. support when we can do it for less.
